The story

SPOT is a dual-platform logistics system that runs a field sales operation end to end. Operations staff work from a Next.js admin dashboard — operational and commercial KPIs, dynamic route planning, stock and order assignment, and a CRM with star products and campaigns — while sellers on the road carry a React Native mobile app to manage sales and stock on the go.

The dashboard sees the field in real time: a live tracking map shows where every active seller is along their route, customer check-ins confirm visits, and at day’s end each route is closed and reconciled — cash, stock, and orders — from a dedicated route-closing workflow.

Both platforms are integrated with the client’s SAP ERP via SOAP APIs, so inventory and orders stay synchronized in real time between SPOT and the system of record. Reports — like full inventory positions — export straight from the dashboard.

The split-surface design means each user gets a tool shaped for their context: dense tables, maps, and KPIs at a desk; fast thumb-driven flows in the field.
