TastyPlan Manager
A companion app for TastyPlan ERP for location managers to input inventory values like number of items in stock and see average sale of each product.
The story
TastyPlan Manager puts the ERP in a location manager’s pocket. It is an internal tool with one job done well: managers count stock on the floor, punch in inventory values, and instantly see the average sale rate of every product — no walk back to a terminal.
The Expo app talks to the same NodeJS + PostgreSQL backend as the TastyPlan web ERP, hosted on Google Cloud. Every stock count entered on a phone lands directly in TastyPlan, so administrators oversee all of their locations from the ERP in real time — and replenishment orders are generated from numbers counted that same hour.
It is a small app with an outsized effect: inventory accuracy went from end-of-week guesses to same-hour numbers.
